Unformatted text
You can paste only the plain text from any clip by clicking the Txt button instead of the clip name.
This is not only useful for removing word processor formatting, but it also allows you to select and copy entire web pages and then paste the text without the graphics.
If you usually paste from the keyboard using the paste letters, you can paste unformatted text by using Ctrl+the paste letter.
