Form Filling

One of the commonest tasks for a multi clipboard is filling fields in a form. To do this, first create clips with the information you will need (First name, initial, last name, address lines Etc.). Select a new View and arrange the clips vertically in a column. Adjust the view size so that it only covers the form filling clips.

Next, check "Form Filling Buttons(FF)" and "Keep on Top" on the View / Options menu.

When you are ready to fill a form, put the cursor in the first field, switch to your form filling view, then click the FF button on the clip you want to paste. Spartan pastes the clip and moves the cursor to the next field ready for you to click the next FF button. If there are fields you do not need to fill, you can jump them by right clicking on the FF button. A right click on the FF button sends the Tab key to the form you are filling.
