Net, Dial and Email Buttons
Pigeonhole provides three shortcut buttons. Net, Dial and Email. Provided you have them selected in the View Menu:
They will appear automatically over any pigeonhole which has a web address, phone number or email address in it.
Each item must be on a line by itself within the first ten lines of the pigeonhole memo.
For example, if you save this information, (phone number, email address and website for "Barney", )
All three buttons will appear when you move the mouse over the pigeonhole.
Clicking the "Eml"
button will start an email to that address.
Clicking the "Net"
button will launch your browser with that web site in it.
Clicking the "Dial" button will launch the Windows dialer and dial
that number.
